Here’s a glimpse of my second passion in life and one of the ways I make a living: sugar art! I love creating all sorts of new sweet delicacies, from cakes to the finest sugar flowers. Working as a cake specialist and being careful about my weight is quite tough. I try my best to overcome the urge to eat those attractive macarons of mine, although that does not always go as planned!
