Prep meals: your best friend

Meal prepping is clearly becoming a thing. Don’t you get frustrated by hours spent at the gym and returning home and being forced to order fast food because you are too damn tired to cook some healthy stuff ? You can drink tones and tones of water, sip loads of green tea if you are not getting a healthy meal plan, all your efforts go in those pizzas, burgers, French fries and quick pasta. 

This is clearly this feeling of being drained after a long day at work and a hectic daily gym planning that ready prepared healthy meals can be your holy grail. Think of it. First of all, you cannot overeat with a prep meal. In general, the quality nutrients will make you full in a reasonable quantity, plus it encourages you to take your time and appreciate each spoon (or fork). 

Think of all the ingredients you love, that are packed full with all the necessary nutrients essential to stay fit, to have a clear skin and to take care of your health overall. You do you always. You can prep your own, it’s a bit time consuming and you don’t always know which nutrients goes with which other ones. You can always try by starting at week one and you may feel bored and restart those bad habits afterwards. I propose whether opting for fully ordering your prep meals or alternating your own and orders.

Trust me, it’s also a life changer for your wallet, generally you’ll spend more money on a healthy food bought day to day than a meal plan for the week, simple as that. Ordering a weekly meal plan does not require loads of organic and healthy ingredients buy each month. Generally, those quinoa and chia seeds ends up in a deep, dark corner in the cupboard. When you get to grab them again, the expiry date is the day itself.
