I’m finally back for another punchy and colorful blog! I don’t know for you but I feel that I’ve evolved into something great, something bigger, just like a Pokémon! It took efforts and challenges, mental and physical strength but here I am with a new baby sitting peacefully on the mezzanine of Bagatelle’ Market just above fruits and veggies.
It’s been hard and tough months recently. Starting from designing and helping in the construction of our Balicravings Bagatelle from A to Z. Running like crazy to get everything ready on time. So much positive vibes and energy have been injected in our crazy project of creating a café in the heart of Bagatelle’s 42 Market Street. At some point, I thought that I wouldn’t make it, funds were lacking, time was running out and I was tired as hell but in the end, the results of our efforts turned out into a unique place where foodies are now able to enjoy comfort, design and delicious food.
I have to say that Balicravings Port-Louis did suffered from the birth of its new sister and due to unforeseen circumstances we had to close down. Nevertheless, it’s in Bali Cravings Port-Louis that everything started, thus we should perpetuate that good vibes and positive energy and embrace the new adventure at Bali Cravings by Lexia at Bagatelle mall. Being a perfectionist (not to say control freak), I’ve spent most of my time at the café in the kitchen lately, checking if each and every dish was served correctly. But, yes, I should relax a bit and take care of managing the cafés instead of staying out of clients’ sight 😅.
Since the opening of Balicravings Bagatelle, a lot has happened. We were affected by the closure of Bali Cravings Port-Louis however, we have put a lot of efforts to make Bali cravings by Lexia Bagatelle as much cosier as Bali Cravings Port-Louis and even better. A lot of hours were dedicated on working on our Menu and Decoration to make your experience unforgettable at our cafe.
I have to thank Shane, my husband who’s helping me to stay afloat these days. He knows exactly what’s the shape, the color, the smell of my vision, hence he is always here to support and help me thrive towards my goals. He’s like a copy-paste version of myself welcoming customers at Bali cravings by Lexia at Bagatelle! Don’t hesitate to come and relax at Balicravings Bagatelle when you feel like it. We love your appetite for good food, we love your smiles, your laughs and most of all, we love you beautiful souls!
